Rufus T. Firefly is one of the most distinctive and respected bands in the Spanish independent music scene. Led by Víctor Cabezuelo and Julia Martín-Maestro, the band has developed a unique sonic identity where rock blends with elegant psychedelia and an artistic sensibility that avoids predictable formulas. Each album and every live show becomes an immersive experience, crafted with great attention to detail. After consolidating their universe with albums such as Magnolia and Loto, the band further strengthened their status with El Largo Mañana (2021), a record that took them across venues and festivals throughout Spain as well as international stages. The project has expanded through collaborations, special editions and performances in a wide range of spaces, from museums to festivals and other singular cultural events. In 2025, the band returned with the release of Todas las cosas buenas, an album that explores new ways of connecting with audiences. Its presentation has included concerts in unconventional formats and surprising locations, maintaining the band’s commitment to turning every performance into a unique experience.
